The world of property finance has never been so full of funding options. Clarity, expertise and service have, therefore, never been so important.

So who are Imperial Blue?

Founded by brothers James & Tom Harries in 2011 we are now a team of ten – a small but highly efficient group of Analysts, Modellers, Researchers, Executors, and an in-house qualified Architect.

We are leading experts in all things property finance.

We have recently been included in the The Spears 500 Index – considered to be the essential guide to the top financial service providers in Europe – we were the only development finance specialist to be included.

The largest debt ticket we have closed is just over £100 million. The largest equity ticket is just over £33 million.

Our basic aim is this: to be a ‘one stop shop’ for property developers, providing every finance product they could need, at the cheapest possible rates, with a premium standard of service and execution.

Our debt advisory team work within the capital markets to provide the highest quality of corporate and strategic financial advice and execution services to its property clients. Our market reach is second to none and our expertise allows us to execute a wide range of transactions where unparalleled, highly creative, and quality advice, based on each individual scheme is key.

PRINCIPAL LENDING & INVESTMENT

Our investment & lending arm has funding lines in place enabling us to provide senior, mezzanine, bridging and joint venture finance. We will also do seed capital for the right clients.
